About the position

We at Perido are looking for an instructor for our client, a large and well-known player in the automotive industry. The position is based in Eskilstuna.

Your responsibilities

In this key role, you are the face of the company and responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience on the demonstration field. You present and demonstrate machines, allow visitors to test drive, and explain technical functions in a pedagogical and engaging manner. You will also be involved in the further development of the demonstration area, participate in larger events, exhibitions, and photo shoots, and conduct training for various target groups. Feedback from customer clinics and insights from the field are used to contribute to the development of the next generation of products.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct machine presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to showcase the client's innovative machines
• Represent the company as a machine expert at larger events, exhibitions, and photo shoots
• Actively contribute to the development of the demonstration area and provide feedback from customer clinics to product development
• Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the machine fleet, including inspection, cleaning, and refueling, to ensure that the machines are always in top condition for customer visits
• Conduct training and presentations for various target groups, both in Swedish and English
• Work across multiple markets and cultures in an environment where ideas are welcomed and everyone contributes to customer success

Your qualities

You have a strong commitment to customer experience and a genuine interest in construction machinery. You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a varied and dynamic environment. As a person, you are flexible, take initiative, and find it easy to collaborate with others. You enjoy inspiring and communicating with different target groups and see opportunities in new ways of working.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience operating construction machinery, especially excavators
• Driver's license or machine certification to legally operate construction machinery in Sweden
• Heavy vehicle license/machine certifications
• Comfortable conducting presentations and training in both Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience working at fairs, customer events, or in customer centers
• Pedagogical experience or previous instructor assignments
• Interest in international projects and collaboration across different markets

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-09-30. Start date 2026-01-08.
